Opportunities
As
designer and manufacturer of its own high demand, high volume children's
products, Jolly KidZ seeks to further enhance its global coverage.
Our aim is to ensure efficient coverage per product in each country.
Appointments are preferable as sole appointments i.e. full product
range representation, however, to ensure full product coverage,
appointments are sole-per-product.
There are three methods by which Jolly KidZ can be represented in
each country:
- Distributor
- Franchise
- Partnership
In the case of a Distributor appointment, the Distributor company
should be an existing company who fits the following profile:
- Importer
- Wholesaler
- Established Channels to either Educational Retailers and/or
Shop Retailers
In the case of a Franchise, prospective franchisees should be able
to fully demonstrate their suitability and availability of sufficient
funding.
In the case of a Partnership, Jolly KidZ International will become
a shareholder in the new business and for this will offer trade
and marketing benefits to the new company which will have a regular
Franchise agreement with Jolly KidZ and will still need to undergo
the same approval process.
